🌅 06:00 – Sunrise Qi Gong - Flow with the Rhythms of Nature
We begin our day with the gentle circular movements of Shaolin Qi Gong traditional practice, harmonizing energy, body and mind with the rising sun. This practice cultivates inner balance, awakens vitality and reconnects you with nature's flow- grounding your energy, restoring your natural state of being and setting a calm, centered tone for the day ahead.
🥣 07:30 – Nourishing Breakfast
Together, we prepare a healthy and wholesome breakfast, enjoying the fresh air and the breathtaking surroundings.
🌿 08:30 – Personal Time
After breakfast, take a moment for yourself—relax by the lake, journal, or simply soak in the peacefulness of the wilderness.
🚣♂️ 10:00 – Adventure & Reflection
Each day brings a new outdoor experience: canoeing on the serene lake, hiking through deep forests, fishing, or fire-making. As we engage in these activities, we also take time for reflection exercises and enjoy moments of laughter and connection.
🔥 17:00 – Cooking & Sharing
Returning to our retreat space in the afternoon, we cook a delicious meal together over an open fire, sharing stories and experiences from the day.
🌙 19:30 – Evening Zen & Buddhist Meditation - Rest in Presence
We end our day with a peaceful Zen and Buddhist Meditation, cultivating stillness, awareness and a deep sense of presence. Through mindful breathing and gentle focus, this practice helps to quiet the mind, release the day's weight and reconnect with your true nature- inviting a restful and harmonious night.
🛶 Closing the Week with a 2-Day Canoe Expedition
To conclude our retreat, we embark on a two-day canoe expedition, paddling upstream to a big lake
where we will spend the night in nature. This is your opportunity to embrace solitude with an overnight stay on a secluded island or a quiet lakeside spot—or, if you prefer, to share the
experience with the group. This journey offers a profound way to deepen your connection with nature, reflect on the week’s experiences, and fully immerse yourself in the wild.
